This page explains what happens to the information you send through the quote forms on this website. It is written plainly on purpose.
What we collect
The quote forms ask for your contact details, the location of the material, and a description of the wire including photographs. That is the information we receive when you submit a form. This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts.
How form submissions are delivered
Forms on this site are processed by a third-party form service that emails the submission, including any attached photographs, to saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com. That service processes the data in order to deliver it, and its own privacy terms apply to the transmission.
How the information is used
Submitted details are used to review your wire, respond to your enquiry and arrange pickup if a lot is accepted. Photographs are used to identify cable construction and condition. Information is not sold, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for the review, the transaction and ordinary business records. If you want an enquiry and its photographs deleted, ask by email and it will be removed unless there is a record-keeping obligation that requires otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com. You can also simply choose not to submit a form and call instead.
