What to photograph
Five photographs cover almost every lot. If you only have one, make it the reel tag.
- The reel tag or spool label, in focus and readable
- The print on the cable jacket showing type, size and voltage
- One wide shot of the whole lot for scale
- The cut end, for shielded, armored or medium-voltage cable
- Any damaged, crushed or sun-checked section
Accepted files: JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 10 MB total per request. On a phone, the photo field opens your library and lets you pick several images at once, or take new ones with the camera. Larger files can be emailed to the address on this page.
